Molding Angel L.L.C. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process when you use our website, contact form, Angel assistant, and released mobile applications including Maintenance Angel, Ashley’s Closet, MA Pocket Guide, and OliPrompt.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three primary ways:

  • Information you provide directly (for example, name, email, company, and message details submitted through our contact form or email).
  • Angel assistant inputs (messages you submit in chat and related technical request metadata needed to operate and secure the assistant).
  • Technical and security data (such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request logs processed by our infrastructure providers for performance, reliability, and abuse prevention).
  • Product input data used to operate app features, such as maintenance notes, asset records, wardrobe-related information, process setup values, imported files, saved project or process records, prompt history, template selections, workflow settings, disclaimer acceptance status, and local app settings stored locally or processed to support requested features.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and requests.
  • Provide information about Molding Angel L.L.C. and our products.
  • Operate, secure, and improve site and assistant reliability.
  • Maintain records needed for business operations and legal compliance.

We do not sell personal information or share personal information for third-party marketing.

3. Cookies, Logs, and Similar Technologies

We do not use advertising trackers. We and our infrastructure providers may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, traffic management, load balancing, and abuse prevention. These technologies are used for site operation, not cross-site behavioral advertising.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use service providers to run our services, including:

  • Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, and security.
  • Formspree for contact form transmission.
  • AI processing providers used by Angel assistant infrastructure to generate responses.

These providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We configure services for business-use purposes and do not authorize unrelated marketing use of form or assistant submissions.

Where services use external AI processing, relevant prompts or product inputs may be sent to external AI processing APIs strictly to generate the requested result. Product-specific sections below describe local-first or on-device behavior where applicable.

5. Angel Assistant Data

Angel assistant is designed to answer questions about Molding Angel L.L.C. and its products. Do not submit sensitive personal information, protected health information, payment card data, or confidential third-party data through chat.

Assistant responses may be generated by automated systems and can be inaccurate. You remain responsible for validating any output before relying on it.

6. Data Retention

We retain submitted information only for as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry handling, service operations, security, legal obligations, or legitimate business recordkeeping.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email [email protected].

If required by applicable law (including U.S. state privacy laws), we will process requests within legally required timelines after reasonable identity verification.

12. Released Mobile Applications and User Responsibility

Maintenance Angel, Ashley’s Closet, MA Pocket Guide, and OliPrompt are released mobile applications developed by Molding Angel L.L.C. These apps are intended as informational and productivity tools.

Information provided in the apps may contain mistakes, inaccuracies, incomplete details, or outdated information. Users are responsible for verifying information before relying on it, especially before making maintenance decisions, troubleshooting changes, injection molding process adjustments, or other operational decisions or using AI-assisted content.

Users remain responsible for decisions, actions, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting actions, outfit choices, prompt outputs, workflow instructions, production changes, and operational outcomes. Maintenance schedules and reminders should be independently verified against equipment needs, manufacturer documentation, facility practices, and applicable safety procedures.

13. Maintenance Angel Mobile Application

Maintenance Angel is a mobile application developed by Molding Angel L.L.C. It may use app-provided data such as maintenance records, troubleshooting inputs, asset information, and scanned equipment details to deliver the requested functionality.

Maintenance Angel may request access to the device camera when the user chooses to use scanning features, including nameplate scanning and OCR-based data capture.

Maintenance Angel may also use AI-assisted features to provide troubleshooting or guidance. When those features are used, the relevant prompt or contextual data may be sent to an external AI API to generate a response.

We do not sell user data.

14. MA Pocket Guide Mobile Application

MA Pocket Guide is a mobile application developed by Molding Angel L.L.C. It may use app-provided data such as project names, job numbers, engineer notes, material selections, process setup values, release checks, imported 2D print references, imported model references, and saved setup records to deliver the requested functionality.

MA Pocket Guide may request access to the device camera when the user chooses to scan prints, capture controller screens, or attach process-related photos. It may also request access to the photo library when the user chooses to import or attach images.

MA Pocket Guide may use Apple-provided OCR or on-device intelligence features, when available, to help structure imported print data. Where AI-assisted or OCR-based features are used, the related prompt, extracted text, or contextual process data may be processed to generate the requested result.

We do not sell user data.

15. Ashley’s Closet Mobile Application

Ashley’s Closet is a mobile application developed by Molding Angel L.L.C. The application does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal data.

Ashley’s Closet may access the following device features only with user permission:

  • Weather data through Apple system APIs.
  • Calendar events if the user grants access.

All data accessed by Ashley’s Closet remains on the user’s device. We do not maintain external databases of user wardrobe, calendar, or weather data.

Ashley’s Closet does not use third-party advertising frameworks, cross-app tracking, or behavioral analytics systems.

16. OliPrompt Mobile Application

OliPrompt is a mobile application developed by Molding Angel L.L.C. OliPrompt is designed as a local-first AI prompt engineering and productivity tool that helps users create structured prompts, Prompt Kits, workflow instructions, development prompts, design prompts, writing prompts, business prompts, and related AI-assisted content.

OliPrompt does not require user accounts to use the app. OliPrompt may locally process user-provided text inputs, prompt requests, template selections, workflow settings, and generated prompt outputs on the user’s device using Apple-provided frameworks and on-device intelligence features where available.

OliPrompt may locally store user preferences, onboarding acknowledgement status, disclaimer acceptance status, prompt history, template selections, workflow configurations, or related app settings on the user’s device to support app functionality. The disclaimer acceptance status is used as a local gate to confirm that the user has reviewed and accepted the responsible use notice before entering the app.

If OliPrompt uses Apple-provided system intelligence, Apple operating system frameworks, or other platform services, those services may operate according to Apple’s own terms, privacy policies, and system settings. Molding Angel L.L.C. does not control Apple’s system-level diagnostics, App Store analytics, crash reporting, or operating system behavior.

OliPrompt is not intended to collect, sell, or share personal information for advertising. OliPrompt does not use third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking systems, or behavioral advertising frameworks.

Prompts, generated outputs, workflow instructions, code suggestions, research summaries, business recommendations, design prompts, and other AI-assisted results may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, mistakes, or unsuitable recommendations. Users remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying all generated content before using or relying on it.

We do not sell user data.
