Founder Perspective
Molding Angel L.L.C. was founded by Dane Neace, an Injection Molding Process Engineer and systems thinker with over two decades of hands-on experience in high-performance manufacturing. With an Associate of Applied Science in Mechatronics, he works at the intersection of mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
The company originated from a recurring operational problem: expert troubleshooting knowledge is hard to scale when teams are under time pressure. That challenge led to the AngelWalk™ diagnostic engine and subsequent architecture now powering Molding Angel and Fleet Command systems.
Today, the company is focused on building tools that act like a trusted technical partner in the loop: clear in reasoning, practical in execution, and engineered for real deployment environments.
