DueRadar Terms of Use

Effective Date: September 14, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of DueRadar, a software product provided by Molding Angel L.L.C. By accepting these Terms and using DueRadar, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Purpose of DueRadar

DueRadar is a personal organization and reminder tool intended to help users track deadlines and events that may affect money, including free trials, subscriptions, return windows, warranties, credits, and bills.

2. Not Financial, Legal, Tax, or Professional Advice

DueRadar does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, warranty, or other professional advice. Information displayed by DueRadar is based on information entered by you or extracted from content you choose to import.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying all amounts, dates, deadlines, renewal terms, return periods, warranty conditions, payment obligations, cancellation requirements, provider information, and other details before relying on them. DueRadar should not be your sole method of preventing a charge, late payment, missed return, expired warranty, lost credit, or other financial consequence.

4. OCR and Imported Information

Camera scans, screenshots, PDFs, emails, and other imported content may be incomplete, ambiguous, or incorrectly interpreted. OCR and automated extraction can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting imported information before saving or acting on it.

5. Notifications and Reminders

DueRadar may schedule local notifications as a convenience. Notification delivery is controlled in part by your device, operating system, Focus settings, notification permissions, battery state, and other factors outside the control of Molding Angel L.L.C. Molding Angel L.L.C. does not guarantee that any notification will be delivered, displayed, or delivered at a particular time.

6. No Cancellation, Payment, Return, or Warranty Guarantee

Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, DueRadar does not cancel subscriptions, make payments, initiate returns, renew warranties, redeem credits, or communicate with providers on your behalf. You remain responsible for completing any required action directly with the applicable provider, merchant, financial institution, warranty company, or other third party.

7. Availability and Compatibility

DueRadar is provided for supported Apple devices and operating-system versions. Features may depend on Apple frameworks, permissions, hardware capabilities, or third-party content formats. Molding Angel L.L.C. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Acceptable Use

You may use DueRadar only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the app, attempt to circumvent platform security, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it to process content you do not have the right to use.

9. Intellectual Property

DueRadar, its software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Molding Angel L.L.C. Except for rights expressly granted to you by applicable law or the App Store license terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

10. Your Data

You are responsible for the information you enter or import into DueRadar and for maintaining appropriate backups of information important to you. Molding Angel L.L.C. is not responsible for loss of local data caused by device loss, device failure, operating-system behavior, deletion, restore operations, or other events outside the app's reasonable control.

11. Third-Party Content and Services

DueRadar may display information originating from documents, emails, merchants, providers, or other third parties. Molding Angel L.L.C. does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, policies, or actions of those third parties.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DueRadar is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Molding Angel L.L.C. does not warrant that DueRadar will identify every deadline, correctly interpret every document, prevent every charge or loss, or operate without interruption or error.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Molding Angel L.L.C. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from missed deadlines, charges, payments, returns, warranties, credits, imported-data errors, notification failures, or reliance on information displayed by DueRadar. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes to DueRadar or These Terms

Molding Angel L.L.C. may update DueRadar and these Terms from time to time. If a revised legal version requires renewed acceptance, the app may require you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Molding Angel L.L.C. in the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
